adding titles to your movies
imovie comes with many stylishly designed titles that you can use for
things like introductions, annonucning a new seen, or closing credits
.
to add the title , click the titles button
when you hold your pointer over a title, you will see a preview on
each stle looks like
once you find the style you like, drag it over video clip in your
project
as you drag , a blue hight light shows which part of video that title
would covers
you can add it to the front of the clip , at the end or cross the
entire clip
when you let go of the mouse button, a blue marker shows, where the
title appreas in the video
to change the place holder text to your own, just select in the viewrt and type in the title
if you like to see how another title style would look, just double
click the title and then click the style name.
you can skim over any of the title sytles to see the prview in the
viewr , or press the space bar to play at normal speeds
when you find an another style that you like, just click it to choose it.
you can try another fonts too, to do that click fonts and then skim
over any font to see how it looks
you can choose a different colour, or a differnt font size. to change
how long the title stays on it during the movie, try the left or
right edge.
to move the title, dragg it from the middle and position it right
where you want
